New Sewer Rates for 2024

Effective February 1, 2024, the current sewer rate will increase from $ 57.50 to $72.00 for the first 10,000 gallons used per quarter. Each additional 1,000 gallons used above 10,000 gallons will be added at a cost of $5.10, an increase from $4.10, per 1,000 gallons used.

Resolution 02-23 Downspout Inspection fees passed

At the July monthly meeting of Rochester Sewer and Maintenance Authority, Resolution 02-23 was passed by the board raising the Downspout Inspection Fee from $55.00 to $75.00 beginning August 1 2023.

Resolution 01-2017 Passed

Rochester Sewer and Maintenance Authority Resolution 01-2017 was approved July 11, 2017.
