Rochester Sewer and Maintenance Authority Resolution 01-2017 was approved July 11, 2017. The Resolution sets a fee of $55.00 payable in advance for the Authority to check that downspouts are disconnected from sanitary sewer before any house is sold in the Borough of Rochester.

Upon receipt of check, the Authority will check downspouts and if disconnected, a letter will be sent saying home is in compliance for sale. This took effect on January 1, 2018. Please send Checks to Rochester Sewer and Maintenance Authority PO Box 563 Rochester Pa. 15074.
